It is a rare thing for a comedy song to make you laugh from your belly. Mostly they make you smile whimsically or stare at the microphone stand. However during this show you’ll laugh your arse off at some of the most hilarious comic songs ever crafted and sung by the brilliant Tara Flynn.

If Jim Bob off of Carter USM accompanied by The Mystery Fax Machine Orchestra isn’t enough. Then the cast of ‘Gutted – A Revengers Musical’ singing some of the best numbers from the show, will make this one of the most exciting evenings of the year.

Dean Clough Comedy Night

Ha! Yes, there is some comedy outside of ‘that there’ London.
At one time there were two comedy nights in Halifax: a good one and the other. The other died after I performed a my sets about breeding horny pandas by getting Ron Jeremy to fuck their mums – it needed work.
This is the good one and over the last twelve months Robin Ince, Andre Vincent, Lucy Porter, Pete Firman and Andrew O’Neill have all done their acts in the rather stylish cafe . It is also the venue where I saw Robin Ince frighten a heckler into submission. This is still one of my favourite comedy nights as a punter, because I can grab a bottle of wine for £8 and get gently pissed at the back of the room while being entertained by funny people. Which – I think you will agree – is not shit.
